但H1簽證的背景調查要挺長時間，我一個朋友也是從J1轉H1,回國後簽H1等了8個月的背景調查才拿到簽證，如果等這麽長時間，我就有可能失去工作了，真是苦了我，有什麽更好的辦法嗎?
