My I-485 Case. Help!

I was scheduled to do the second time Finger Print in San Jose area last Nov. 5th(2004 11/5).
My previous one got expired, which was done in early of 2002. And my case was then all the way delayed after/since the 911 attach(I guess so).

As of today, I didn't hear anything yet from CSC after the finger print done two months ago.

What the best thing I can do at this stage? Really frustrated sometimes. My 485 got filed in Dec. 2001. Unbelievable.

Usually, how long it would take those damn officers to proceed my case after the finger print in San Jose area? For worst case, I even want to sue the INS for their no reason delay. Is there any previous case like this? Say, sue them for several million dollars???
