EB2 NIW or EB1 OR?

Hello everyone,

I am an assistant professor in a us university. My lawyer said I should file GC application under EB2 NIW. He said it is safer than do it under EB1 OR. Is there someone who is an assitant professor but filed under EB2 NIW? Thank you for sharing your information.
