生寶寶用charity card 會不會影響以後申請綠卡？

我是F2沒有保險，現在生寶寶申請醫院的charity card，不知會不會以後老公和我一起申請綠卡時不能通過。請有類似經驗和經曆的朋友給點建議。非常感謝！
