I guess your case is EB1b-Outstanding Professor or Researcher. Me too.

My University submitted EB1b for me to CSC on Nov. 7, 2003. It is still pending. I really don't know what to do. I have not done inquiry yet. I am wondering whether that will work.

I have never heard "file federal court action". I think that will not hurt. As for it works or not, that's a big question.
