u are out of US to Mexico

to get a new visa for coming back to US, then the visa application get denied, will you still be able to come back to US? of course no! it was ok before 4/1/2002, but after that, the law has been changed. You will NOT be able to come back from Mexico or Canada if your visa application gets denied. Then will they let you stay in Mexico illeglly? of course not! so, they will send you back to China.
