I recommend 李柏律師 (Peter Li). He make my NIW application to be possible. My NIW case is not very strong but I got the approval. I did my Finger Print ready Last month (december 2004). He is a responsible lawyer. He will give you a answer no matter what time you call. Even he is in the vacation, he take the computer with him and prepare the document for me in the application. He is a nice Immigration Lawyer. Trust me. Good luck for everyone.
