Visa auto-validation allows you to visit certain countries in north america ONLY. Going to any third country will void this policy and a new visa is required to re-enter US. Even you are admitted by mistake of INS office at border, which is likely, you are out of status instantly and become deportable, that means if you are found by any INS officer, you will be arrested and deported right away.

So, DON'T try this "smart" way.
