to yestarday friend "needwait"

Dear friend:Many thanks for your yestarday's suggestion.The international office is going to send the petition for my H1b extension today.I am trying to ask my boss to pay the premium process fee but apparently he was not happy to do so.I do not understand wheather there would be a specific meanings(aims) in which the premium process fee paid by my boss would be better than paid it myself, if just to rapid the case without a specific meanings such as the fee paid by the boss will enhance the importance of the job therefore to move the UNCIS, I even wish to pay 1000$ myself.Could you kindly give me the hint on this question. And your suggestions are greatly appreciated and helpfull to me?
