USCIS said it is pending for name check. I called in Oct. Nov。 and Dec., they only responsed for my 1st inquiry in Oct. Senator's reply is same after they checked with USCIS. So we really do not know whether it is really stuck on FBI　ｎｍａｅ　ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｏｒ　ｊｕｓｔ　ｅｘｃｕｓｅ　ｏｆ　ＮＳＣ，　ＵＳＣＩＳ．
