fast way to mail money

Would you please suggest me a fast and safe way to mail money(cash) to China. Check from bank taking more than 1 month is too long for me. I'm not sure mailing cash by Fedex is safe or not (about $2000). Any suggestion? It will be mailed to big city and should have different financial service.
