NewComerII, are you working in US and holding H1B rignt now and before you landed in Canada in PR? I am asking because I am in a situation that I have to decide if I will land in Canada before February but hesitate because the lingering rumor(or reality) indicates the possibility of being checked for extended time on my way back to US and so leads to a job loss.
