1. I140 (NIW)receipt notice on 6/8/2004 in Texas Service Center;
2. Required to resubmit the missing 1st page of one recommendation letter and
one form on 12/9/2004. And they were sent out by lawyer on the next day;
3. USCIS received them on 12/27/2004;
4. My case was approved on 12/28/2004.
5. My family I485 document were sent out to USCIS on 12/28/2004.
