I was asked to take the second FP in Nov. The notice said something like "if you can't make to the appointment, you can go there to get it done any Wednesday after your appointment date, and before xxx (a date about 3 months later?)". I was with Nebraska center and took FP at Des Moines. Different center might have different rules though. The guard at door did check our notice before let us in.
