Have you updated your address by calling the International immigration service center (check toll free number on the INS website)? My past experience is filing an AR-11 won't change your address with the District immigration service center. If you have got your I-485 approval notice at your new home address, it is fine now. Otherwise, even when you go to have your passport stamped, and change your address at that time, the card will still be mailed to your old address. So update your home address is the first step to do. Then worry about other things later.
