I140/I485的問題

我的I140和I485是在2003年10月遞上去的(NIW, TSC)，2004年1月作了fingure print，其後就再也沒有消息了。今天我實在忍不住給移民局打了個電話去詢問，因為現在網上公布的processing date已經是2004年1月了，但他們隻要求我的律師給他們打電話，他們不能告訴我關於我的case的情況。不知這是什麽意思？請各位大俠幫忙分析一下，多謝了！
