First, tell her DO NOT come with H4 visa. She will be deported immediately at the entry port, or she will be out of status if she is admitted by chance.
Second, try to get B2 visa which is probably hard. If she comes with B2 visa before your I-485 approval, you can submit I485 for her as a dependent.

Otherwise, she has to apply for an immigration visa in Guangzhou after your I-485 get approved.
