現在好像f2 to f1有新情況。

最近聽說有人在拿到f2簽證的時候，被注明can not change status，是不是現在f2都這樣還是個別？不知道還能不能在美國國內申請轉f1了？（如果沒被注明不能改身份的話。

請知道行情的哥們姐們給說說，鞠躬謝。
