J1豁免大家是自己辦還是請律師，L.A3500！

兄弟正在準備辦理J1豁免，因為DS2019明年11月到期，谘詢過兩個律師，結論不一。一個說不可能在明年4月1日前（辦理H1B）拿到豁免，一個說沒有問題，可以保證4月1日前拿到，但要交3500刀！！！！！！心痛啊。。。。。。。
高人指示一下如何辦。
