File your 140/485/EAD/AP asap before Jan.1, 2005. You can get your 140 approved within 3 months and EAD within a month. Your hu*****and can file 485/EAD/AP based on your approved 140 at anytime he needs. Meanwhile your hu*****and can apply for his NIW case. If your hu*****and files his own case, you guys can support each other. That's better than just one person applying.
Plus you change employer after your 485 pending more than 6 months.
I filed my 485 even without VisaScreen and I have enough time to get it while I work. So hurry up.
