I have got the green card

Does that mean that my H1-B expires automatically?

Can anyone answer me?

Actually, I intended to use my H1B (if not expire) to support my parents' B2 visa and don't use the green card, I heard it would be easier to be approved in this way. I have no idea if this is tru or not.
