因為工作關係要在海外呆可能要超過6個月，想申請回美證。 

I-131表裏有一欄， 問上次的回美證什麽時候頒發，什麽時候到期。

是2020年頒發的， 具體日期忘記了，早就過期。 回美證放在國內的家裏， 家裏也沒有人住。

無法找到準確的頒發日期和到期的日期。

該怎麽填寫呢？
