非常感謝兩位老師！能不能拿到obamacare的TPC感覺說的比較模糊，我問過一個agent他說不行，也聽到過像newacct老師說的可以。我再去看看州裏有沒有能幫助medicare的補助。還想追加點問題：
1. 關於買medicare的那個7-month IEP（3 months before the months they turn 65, includes their birthday month, and ends 3 months after）。因為父母早已經過了65歲，是可以把綠卡滿五年作為這個birthday month去計算嗎？如果今年6月滿5年，今年3月-9月這7個月申請能避免penalty嗎？
2. 網上有個“Medicare 6-month lookback: if you enroll in Medicare Part A after age 65, your coverage is made retroactive for up to six months from the date you apply. This rule is primarily a concern for individuals who contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) after age 65, as you are ineligible to contribute to an HSA once enrolled in Medicare“。這個對我父母也適用嗎？如果今年5月申請medicare，這個coverage就會追溯到2025年12月，所以我們2025年的HSA最多隻能放1-11個月的額度（9550*11/12）嗎？
