Your friend needs to provide the copies of 2024 tax return and W2, the statement of her stocks, and the employment verification letter from her current employer (if any). She does not need to provide her bank statement and property value because her salary income and stock value are good enough.
Then, just upload the I-864 completed by your friend and her support documents to the National Visa Center through the Consular Electronic Application Center CEAC as you did for your own I-864.
