我朋友兩口子當年H1b簽證，遞交了NIW，2009年140 approved，由於主申請人父親病危，沒等到遞交485
就於2011年回國了，不過一直沒有撤銷他們的移民申請。他們的兒子在美國出生，現在他們的兒子在美國讀高中，之前孩子的媽媽以旅遊簽證來美陪兒子一年半（延長過兩次次旅遊簽證，都順利獲批），目前主副申請人均在國內，2024年3月份孩子媽媽在美國境內提交了824申請，2025年10月份他們收到了廣領館的麵簽通知，媽媽近期從美國回國配合主申請人在廣領館麵簽後，廣領館要求主申請人補充個人簡曆材料。
主副申請人在整個申請綠卡期間，主副申請人無任何逾期、非法等行為。
我朋友的顧慮：1）主申請人的個人簡曆已經在最新的DS-260中說明得很清楚，在麵簽時主申請人也特意準備了一份詳細的個人簡曆給麵簽官看了。

2）領事館要求的個人材料補充要求中由A~O幾個問題，其中一個最敏感的問題是“你將來打算回中國工作或者在中國做研究嗎”。這個問題讓主申請人很糾結。
-Say "No" and explain that he plans to work in US. He needs to prepare the plan addressing what kind of job he plans to work in US (need to be his speciality area) such as work in a college (teaching and research) or work in an industry company, etc. If he is searching a job in US, he had better bring the evidence such as the communications between him and the prospective employer for the interview. If he has got a job offer from an employer in US, then bring the job offer letter.
3）現在主副申請人的10年旅遊簽證均被注銷。
-I t is normal because they have the immigration intent.
他們托我請教一下8老師，像他們這情況的成功率有多大。
-It is hard to predict. If he can get a job offer in his major area from a US employer, then he has a very big chance. Otherwise, he needs to convince the visa officer that he is very confident to find a job in US and make a great contribution to US society and economy because of his excellent background and experience.
