為父母申請綠卡， 7月份遞交I-130昨天已通過， I-485 的Step-3 顯示已完成（沒有麵試）， 請問還需多久能獲批準？我們在紐約上州。

-About 11 months in New York. But it hard to predict now due to the Federal Govement Offices closed with the budget problem.
