...因為我一個朋友就是像你這樣，NIW批了，OR被拒了，但是他的485沒受影響...
Did your friend file another I-485? My I-485 was filed before the NIW was filed, around one month in advance. Do you have any clue, if this will generate any problem? Another concern, my EAD will expire next March; I just wonder how to renew it right now. Your help is greatly appreciated!
