我的h4 visa 今年10月開始生效，我現在人在美國，10月之前，我用o3 visa。我打算10月從美國回中國，我是加拿大公民，我回國期間，我老公持h1b在美工作，我老公在同一份工作中，從 TN換到 o1然後要換到 hib。
問題是如下:
1 ，10月之後，從中國回來美國時，我怎麽激活我的h4 visa?
2，我需要什麽文件證明，我是10月1日之後從美國離開的?
3，我的理解是，10月我出美國時，我的h4自動激活，然後我持h4+i-797+ 護照進入美國，正常出入關，不需要特別辦理其他事，對嗎?
-You need to bring your Canadian passport, your marriage certificate, your spouse's H-1B Approval Notice, his employment verfication letter from his employer and his latest 3-month paycheck stubs. Then, get the H-4 I-94 at the port of entry when you return.
You do not need the H-4 approval notice which is void when you leave US.
4，我注意到中國公民需要h1b stamp,加拿大公民不需要對嗎？
