請問8老師,I-131 apply for a reentry permit, 需要多久能拿到？

我是5月初申請的， 很快收到回信說可以用以前的指紋， 之後就沒有消息了。
大概要等多久能收到permit？
如果我現在回國， 8月份可以拿著他們給我發的有關打指紋的信+綠卡進入美國嗎？
