請問8老師，錯過兩次宣誓，移民局現在回複說不會再安排了，我該怎麽辦？

我請了議員幫我催，結果很快得到移民局的回複：

Your appointment will not be rescheduled. Applicants are given two opportunities to appear at an oath ceremony. Alter two missed ceremonies, your case may be re-opened.

這個怎麽re-open?

我可以請議員幫我re-open嗎？議員還不知道移民局這個回複，他們告訴我等著他們的update,

還是最好自己請求re-open?另外re-open後還能宣誓的機會大嗎？
