孩子在國內時過繼給了當時是綠卡的姨媽。姨媽幫著給孩子辦了綠卡。這幾年一直跟姨媽在美國生活。現在孩子可以申請公民。那他公民後，可以為國內的親生父母辦移民嗎？

-Because the adopted child has obtained the immigrant benefits (green card) through the adoptive relationship, the adopted child cannot sponsor his biological parents' green card anymore.
