1、綠卡20多年了，申請公民 General Provision，還需要提供結婚證嗎？

-No. Because you got green card more than 5 years ago, you do not need to provide this document even if you got the green card through marriage.

中國結婚證還需要找有資質的翻譯，挺麻煩的，問了幾個朋友，都是好多年前申請的，都說沒有印象提供結婚證，

不知道是不是隻有婚姻入籍的情況才需要？

-If the green card was based on marriage and the applicant applies for the US citizenship between 3 years to five years after getting the green card, then the marriage certificate is required. This document is not required for all the other categories of green card holders.

2、申請人在過去五年的就業和就讀學校信息，如果是家庭主婦還需要填嗎？還是空白不填？

-Just put "House wife".
