我在一個總部在美國的公司已經工作很多年了

2020年到現在，在中國分公司任職manager，下麵有3個下屬匯報給我

現在有一個到美國總部工作的機會，也是manager職位，並使用L1A visa，到了美國以後不確定有沒有下屬匯報給我。

請問一下，到了美國以後，雖然是manager職位，使用L1A visa , 但是如果沒有直接下屬匯報給我，還可以正常進行L1A轉EB1C 申請綠卡嗎？
