-131 Advanced Parole filed together with I-130 and I-485 in the U.S., Biometrics done in March 25. Two questions:

1. The USCIS webstite still shows, under "myProgress" tab of I-131 application, "step 2 of 3 (current step): Attend biomedtircs appointment (if necessary)."

 

Can I assume that the USCIS has already received the biometrics data?

-Yes.

And no action is needed on my side at this point?

-Yes, just  be patient and wait.

2. Any chance to expedite the application? (Case is at the National Benefit Center)?

-If you have solid emergency evidences such as your relative got serious illness in China, you can request expedite to USCIS for processing; or get the emergency advance parole at the USCIS Field Office near you.
