我在為媽媽申請綠卡。媽媽逾期居留一年半了，這期間我不知道為媽媽申請綠卡需要她的I-94表。現在到CBP網站找不到我媽媽的記錄，寫電子郵件給入境機場LAX的Deferred Inspection unit索要I-94表，對方回複說因我媽媽已經逾期居留，他們無法通過電子郵件處理。

我想請問1. 在填寫I-130和I-485時，不填 I-94 arrival-departure record number 可以嗎？

-No. Your mother needs to provide the copy of I-94 and the I-94 number because it is the proof of your mother's legal entry (inspected and admitted) and stay even if she overstayed.

2.在提交證據時，隻提交護照的信息頁，入境章和簽證,
