8老師您好！ 我有個 eb2/3 降級的問題想請教一下：

我有一份之前公司的 EB2 I-140 approval (PD 5/2020)，新公司的 PERM 剛剛完成，正準備提交新的 EB2 I-140。當前表A EB2 排期 2/2020, EB3 的排期 9/2020，表B好幾個月沒有移動了。如果想早日拿回美證，您覺得有必要在新的 I-140 approve後降級到 EB2 嗎？

-The 排期 changes from time to time. Talk to your employer and the lawyer whether they can file a new EB3 PERM or change EB2 PERM to EB3 now. If yes, then that will be good. If no, then you have to wait for the new EB2 I-140 approval and then, do downgrade I-140. Discuss it with your lawyer and employer.
