嫂嫂的親戚10年前幫她申請了親屬移民，但沒有幫我哥和我侄子同時申請， 現在我哥哥和我侄子（16歲）也想移民。請問可以在我嫂嫂原來的申請上加他們嗎？

-Yes. The whole members can apply for the immigrant visa together when the priority date is current, but the kid's CSPA age must be less than 21 at that time.

Note: the child'CSPA age = the child's actual age when the I-130 prioirity date is current - the I-130 pending days

The I-130 pending days = The I-130 approval date -  the I-130 filing date (find these two dates from the I-130 Approval Notice).

可以加的話會不會影響我嫂嫂的排期？

-No.

我哥和我侄子的排期是從現在開始還是10年前開始？

-Same as your sister in law.

另外幫親屬移民是不是收入越高越容易？

-It is helpful.
