按照父親被退回包裹的情況母親的包裹應該也會被拒並要求重新提交，但是至今已經過去五周半，仍然沒有任何消息。既沒有收到短信郵件，也沒有收到被退回的包裹。向USCIS詢問了很多次接線員讓發郵件去詢問，說email一般是30天之內回複。我們很著急不知道是不是應該無限製地等下去，還是有其他什麽辦法可以再催促一下？

-Did you receive the Receipt Notice of your mother's case yet or the payment check for your mother's case was cached/cleared yet? If no, you may send an email to ask as the USCIS phone representative suggested. If yes, just wait.

主要郵寄的材料裏都是公證的原件，怕萬一寄丟了再提交的話都沒辦法。

-You should have provided the phocopies of these documents and that is enoguh.
