我哥哥2015年1月給我file 130，到現在還沒有approve.130 表格中填了我作為他妹妹和我孩子的信息。孩子2015年是12歲，還有一個月就21歲了。

1. 這種情況下，如果排期到來時，孩子可以和家長同時file staus of change 嗎？

-Depends on the kid's CSPA age. Becauase the I-130 pending is more than 9 years now, your kid probably will be qualifed for immigration with you.

目前我和孩子都在美國上學，F1。

2. 孩子收cspa保護嗎？

-Yes.

如果可以，什麽時候申請保護？要file 什麽form?

-Just calculate the kid's CSPA age when the priority date is current. If your kid's CSPA age is less than 21, just file I-485 if the kid is present physically in US at that time or file DS 260 application for the immigrant visa in China if the kid is present in China. That is all.
