母親去年9月持B2來美，3個月後我在網上提交130表，幾天後提交485和131，沒有提交765。2月份打了指紋。現在母親的I-94已經過期，B2 visa stamp還沒過期，131和485都沒動靜。現在準備提交765。

-Will your mother work in US? If no, she does  not need to apply for EAD. Her I-94 expiration does not matter anymore (not affect I-485 approval).

是填B2還是I-485 Pending？或是別的什麽？

-Just put "Adjustment of Status".

#27. Eligibility category

這兒應該填c9，對吧？

-Correct.

另外，想問您，通常這種情況還需要再打指紋嗎？

-Not need.
