二個月前，我兒子收到了打指紋的預約信，但是收到信的時候預約的時間已過。
我兒子有跟USCIS聯係，要求Reschedule. 現在己過去兩個多月，我兒子也打過三次電話，但是還沒有安排重新預約。我們還可以做其他事情嗎？還有其他辦法嗎可以讓USCIS盡快重新預約嗎？
-Nothing you can do. Your son may call USCIS again by speaking to a live representative.
If he receives the appointment after due date again, just go to the ASC to conduct it. Normally, the ASC accepts you to do the biometrics within 3 to 4 days or even more days after the appointment expiration if you have a regular reasonable excuse.
