要等綠卡配額排到了才能批，還是交了485就行？

-Not related to 排期. USCIS will process your I-131 once you file it.

可以交了申請後就回中國，讓在美國的親人收到回美證後郵寄到中國嗎？非常感謝8老師不吝賜教！

-No. You need to wait for the advance parole is approved, and then you can leave US. If you leave US before the I-131 application is appoved, your I-485 will be void.
