請問老師和高人有關 I-130 processing time
我本人是綠卡時 file 130 為我孩子 （under 21）不在美國，2021-12.
但今年我已經入籍為美國公民，想 upgrade my 130 petition to immediate relative, 去信問移民局，得到如下答複。
We received your request for expedited processing. However, we will not expedite processing of your case because there are no visas available for your relative's preference category.
我的問題是，以前應該是 F2A, 如果 upgrade petition 變成 F1 反而更慢了嗎？下麵的 A 和 B 列出的日子不一樣，這個 A 和 B 有什麽區別？ 多謝老師和高人。
能否給我一些建議，該如何辦？

1. Is your child physically present in US or in China currently?
2. Was your I-130 approved yet? If yes, when it was approved and whether USCIS have forwarded it to NVC if your child is in China now.
3. Is your child's age still less than 21 currently ?
