1.遞交niw移民申請之後，可不可以換簽證，從TN 換到h1b或 O1?

2.打算先遞交niw without recommendation letter,然後再花更多時間進一步準備eb1a 或eb1b with recommendation, 原因是感覺未來移民遞交會多起來，先排期。之後，在給niw補件，這樣可行嗎？
-Yes. The recommendation letters are important evidences of your ability and achievements, but it not required by USCIS for NIW, so USCIS may or may not send you RFE specifically for this document if your submitted documents have been strong enough for the NIW application.
