8老師您好。我的父母拿到綠卡後在美國又住了1年多，由於身體情況需要回國手術和調養，就給他們辦理了回美證，因為父母離開的比較著急，就申請了把回美證郵到廣州領事館。在他們回國之前打了指紋。一年過去了，他們的回美證還沒有批，但是父母身體調養的比較順利，想回美國。請問這種情況下他們回來有問題嗎？

-It is fine. They just need to bring the I-131 Receipt Notice of application for the reentry permit with them. Show the Receipt Notice to the officer and explain that the reentry permit application is still pending if the officer asks the question.

一方麵他們的回美證還沒有批，另一方麵他們已經離開美國1年了，害怕入關的時候會有麻煩，謝謝
