我先生拿到綠卡後給我申請follow to join in. 己收到國務院的welcome letter. 我需要用信上的案件號和收費碼登錄去完成DS-261,可是每次登陸後點擊DS-261,就又被退回到登陸界麵，無法繼續。我寫了幾次郵件反應這個情況，也沒得到解決，這是什麽原因和情況？

-If you just received the Welcome Letter from NVC,, you may just wait for a few days and then, try it again. Sometimes, NVC may take a while to put your case into the online system.
