請問熱心的8老師，我幫我媽（有綠卡）申請了I131 回美證，沒幾天就收到通知說

USCIS is able to use your previously captured figureprints and other biometrics. it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS application support center (ASC) for a biometrics appointment. 

請問像這種情況，我媽現在就可以回國嗎？

大家都說打了指紋就可以回國了，像我媽這種情況算打了指紋了嗎？

-Yes.

她可以現在回國嗎？如果一直沒收到批準，她是不是1年之內還是得回美國？

-Altough she does not have to come back to US, it is better to return to US within one year if the reentry permit is still pending in case the reentry permit application is denied (just for 100% of safety).

我查了網上的process time， 現在要17個月，不可能等那麽久。謝謝
