十幾前給父母申請過綠卡，拿到後，他們回國放棄了。現在他們在美國，重新申請，問題是以前I-130 approval還有效嗎？還是需要重新申請I-130？謝謝！

-Because they got the green card based on the previous I-130, that I-130 has been invalid (i.e., the cased was closed when the I-485 was approved). They need to file a new I-130 and also provide the abandonment proof of the previous green card (i.e., the approved I-407) with the I-485 filing.
