非常感謝！第三個問題，他F1來美國，現在H1b, 還是F1身份時回過國，轉H1B後就沒有回過. 還是填expiration date of OPT嗎？

-Then, his I-94 is not "D/S", so put the H-1 I-94 expiration date there (H-1 I-94 is attached to the H-1 Approval Notice).

另外，他現在在美國，排期到後，是填在美國境內交485還是回廣州麵簽？再次感謝！

-If he still has a legal status such as H-1 when 排期到, he can file I-485 within US.
