8老師您好，還想麻煩您幫忙看下I130. 我美國境內給我媽媽申請綠卡，我爸爸已故。問題有點多，提前謝謝您！

1. In general, 不需要填的地方是空著，還是全填N/A？

-Leave them blank.

2. 130交材料需要include family photo嗎？

-Not need.

3. page 1, part 2, 1.A-Number和2.USCIS Online Account Number我都有，但是用不用填呢？是不是公民的話就空著？

-Not need to provide A#. If you have the USCIS online account#, just provide it.

4. page 2, part 2, 12a-12h 如果和10 mailing address一樣，是不是寫"SAME"，

-Fine or leave it blank.

然後13a寫開始居住的日期？-Yes.

5. page 3, part 2, Parent 2 Info, 關於我爸爸，33 country of birth寫China，34. City/Town/Village of Residence 和 35. Country of Residence 寫Deceased, 對嗎？

--Yes.

6. page 5, part 4 Info About Beneficiary, 11 beneficiary's physical address 寫美國地址吧？-Yes.

7. page 6,  Beneficiary's Marital Info, 18選widow, 19 Date of Current Marriage (if currently married) 是不是不填 (因為爸爸去世了不算current marriage）？

-Put "N/A" or leave it blank.

8. page 6, Names of Beneficiary's Spouses (if any), 21 是不是寫我爸爸？

-Yes.

22 Date Marriage Ended 寫Deceased?

-Yes. 

9. page 6, Info About Beneficiary's Family, 25-28 用寫我爸爸嗎？

-Not need because your father passed away already, but put you and your siblings (if any) on Person 1, person 2, etc.

10. page 7, 退休超過5年了，51a 寫 Retired然後51b-i和52都空著嗎？-Yes.

11. page 8, 61a和61b是寫130/485寄到的city還是寫居住地USCIS field office去麵試和打指紋的city？

-Yes, but it is the city where the USCIS Field Office for interview is located, not for fingerprinting. Fingprinting is conducted in the USCIS Application Support Center, not Field Office.
